      Description

      In CORD use case we don't need the original HostLocationProvider that learns the host information from packet in events.
      Instead, we need a host provider that fetch information from network config subsystem.

      Other ONOS application can inject host information through network config java API.
      External application (e.g. XOS) can do it through network config REST API.
