      Description

      As a deployer, I would like to have the ability to configure the size of the shared pool executor at least on startup, i.e. bundle activation/configuration time.

      Implementation Notes:

      • Predicated on ONOS-1301
      • This does not need (at least initially) to be dynamically reconfigurable.
      • Such configuration should be done using the OSGi and Felix @Property annotations.
      • Provide cluster-wide configurability via ComponentConfigService
