      Description

      As Internet2 NOC, I would be able to send/save logs on an external syslog server. This is very common in production environments.
      I believe that this would come for free with Karaf/Log4J (it should be just another appender) but this must be further investigated.

      Thomas, please let me know if you need I setup an experimental syslog server to try it.
