Add a test to verify ONOS install (single & multi) via tar.gz file (Platform Test Suite)

Add a test script to verify ONOS install using tar.gz file in both single and multi instance scenarios. Do not have to run all functionality tests here since this test would be under Platform Test suite and may only need to check all components are active and start up all right.

Note: I am leaving this story in backlog as separate item, but later we may need to move this under a main Platform Test suite story as sub task.
