      Description

      Some drivers, e.g. PicaPipeline, only works for bgprouter application and does not work for fwd application at this moment.
      For now, if we want to use fwd with Pica8 switches, we need to manually fallback to DefaulSingleTablePipeline.
      We need to identify all drivers with the same problem and enhance their implementation.
