      Description

      Currently HostLocationProvider and LLDPLinkProvider are in the same application called OpenFlow. It's hard for developers to replace the existing provider with their own.

      We would like to extract these two providers from the OpenFlow app.

      1. Extract HostLocationProvider and LLDPLinkProvider from OpenFlow
      2. Create an meta application named "OpenFlow" that contains HostLocationProvider, LLDPLinkProvider, and basic OpenFlow.
