      Description

      As a deployer, I would like to have a central repository for managing all device keys, so that I don't have to configure them individually for different subsystems.

      Predicated on ONOS-3655.

      Implementation Notes:

      • Implement CLI commands to list/add/remove keys
      • Implement GUI view to list/add/remove keys
      • Implement REST API resource to list/add/remove keys
