      Start mininet and connect at least 1 switch to ONOS and exit mininet.

      Description

      Problem: unregister is not functional.
      When a device goes down and is in not available state, resource which was registered to the Device appears as if it has successfully been unregistered when printing resource from ROOT, but in reality stale information is still left behind in the resource subsystem.
