1. Exception on learning unknown PCE-initiated LSP from PCC : Need to encode SRP id mandatorily.
2. IPv4NodeIdentifier TLV length correction (impacts CR setup).
3 .IPv4NodeIdentifier TLV type correction (impacts CR setup).
4. UT for LSP DB sync, cases where PCC doesn't report, PCE has in its database.
5. Path setup type TLV, delegation/creation flag etc to be encoded in PCUpd msg (CR label download flow).
6. In CR update flow, PCRpt with GOING-UP will not be sent, need to download labels first followed by sending PCUpd msg.
7. In CR PCUpd flow, error in encoding PLSP id and local LSP id values, resulting in LSC not recognizing the tunnel and sending tear down message to TEM.
