GroupStore: updateGroupDescription fails to update bucket weights

Adding buckets to group ignores the addition of groups with different weights - the store's updateGroupDescription considers two SELECT buckets the same even if they have different weights, making it necessary to remove and then add groups if we want to change those weights.
