VPLS with OF-DPA white box switch

      Description

      Science OF-DPA doesn't support VLAN translation + duplicate (flood) action.

      We can only use VPLS with same VLAN for each VPLS network.

      Working:

      • Make LinkCollectionIntent works with OFDPA pipeline
        • Add broadcast intents for same vlan
        • Use same resource group for same broadcast intent
        • Add unicast intents
          • finished, haven't test yet
        • Remove broadcast intents
          • Errors caused by removing same group
          • Flow objective installation context doesn't support removal in order
        • Remove unicast intents
          • haven't test yet

      Todo:

      • Test with VPLS application
      • Write test case for new LinkCollectionIntentFlowObjectiveCompiler
