      Description

      The patch on https://gerrit.onosproject.org/#/c/12234/ incurs conflicts in resource reservation when an intent is compiled down to round-trip path setups with resource reservations such as VLAN.

      This results in a failure of either of the path setups due to concurrent transactions.
