      Description

      If you load the `regions-europe` script the `(root)` region is receiving 10 links instead of 6 as are a couple of duplicate links. This is resulting some links to position themselves as a multilink when in reality it should be a single link.

      There's currently a temporary fix in Topo2Region.js to suppress the issue on the clientside.

      Add a note in the ticket to look at the FIXME at line `124` of `topo2Region.js`
