      Description

By requisites, ONOS should be unaware of VLANs.
The FSFW sends to ONOS (in FlowStatRequests) a wildcard containing the VLAN id and also a vlanId value of 0xffff (65535).

The VLAN value is translated by ONOS into 0, which generates errors.

The problem is mainly of the FSFW that shouldn't send in the wildcard the vlan bit.

Since we don't have to wait for the correction of the problem we need to develop a quick hack to don't consider that bit for this specific deployment.
