Recurring distributed systems tests

Create a test suite designed for monitoring/debugging the stability of the ONOS distributed core. This test should be able to run without supervision and should detect when errors that appear relevant to the distributed core occur. When relevant errors are detected, the information necessary to describe and debug the problem should be recorded. These tests will be run frequently to provide a backlog of issues to be investigated in the distributed core.
