      Description

      As a developer, I would like to easily identify threads spawned by ONOS, so that I can profile ONOS system and applications easier.

      Implementation Note:

      • All ONOS system threads should be named beginning with "onos-" prefix.
      • We should sweep through all invocations of namedThreads() and properly change the name.
